Honorarium Position
The Queen’s Journal of Ethnic and Racial Studies aims to give students a chance to engage in topics related to existing institutional systems of oppression and racial advocacy that will help enhance their academic perspectives. The Editors-in-Chief must also be able to effectively manage other members of the Journal while also being responsible for day-to-day management and administration tasks. The Editors-in-Chief will encourage critical discussion of ethnic and racial affairs and will be responsible for overseeing finances, promotion of the journal, content submissions, and communicating with external stakeholders and consultative bodies.
*A minimum of one Editor-in-Chief must be a self-identifying student of colour. Please indicate this in your application.
Time Commitment and Remuneration
12-month term from May 1, 2024 to April 30th, 2025 with a time commitment of 5 hours/week
