Honorarium Position
The Supper Series Chair shall assist the Deputy for Sponsorship and Fundraising in all aspects of running a successful Supper Series. Supper Series is a fundraising event in which volunteers partner with a local restaurant to deliver food and in turn, get to keep a portion of the profit. The responsibilities of the Chair will include, but are not limited to, attending Supper Series events and overseeing the committee, keeping track of all transactions that occur during the event, maintaining communication with restaurant staff and committee members, and marketing the event.

Time Commitment and Responsibilities

An approximately 12-month term from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 with a time commitment of 3-5 hours per week

  • Scheduling volunteers for Supper Series events, occurring biweekly
  • Attending all Supper Series events, occurring biweekly
  • Meeting with the Deputy of Sponsorship and Fundraising weekly
