Honorarium Position

Overview

The Brand Awareness Co-Directors lead market research and brand development initiatives to enhance ASUS’s presence and engagement. They provide strategic guidance to team members, oversee promotional events, and collaborate with ASUS commissions and offices to assess marketing needs. Their work ensures effective outreach and a strong connection between ASUS and its membership.

Time Commitment and Remuneration

Term: May 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026

Hours: 4-6 hours per week

Honorarium: Awarded based on the Honorarium Grid in the Human Resources Policy (Click here)

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in market research and brand development, training team members in relevant skills.
  • Assign team members to promotional events and marketing initiatives to enhance ASUS visibility.
  • Conduct and interpret market research, compiling data on students, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Develop reports and actionable recommendations to optimize ASUS’s brand strategy.
  • Ensure team members report on ASUS Commission and Office activities at least four times per academic year.
