The Supper Series Treasurer shall be responsible for helping the Chair and the Deputy for Sponsorship and Fundraising to run successful Supper Series events. Supper Series is a fundraising event in which volunteers partner with a local restaurant to deliver food and in turn, get to keep a portion of the profit to donate to the ASUS Charity of the Year and support other Community Outreach initiatives.

Applications will be open until October 2 at 4:00pm EST.

Responsibilities

An approximately 8-month term from September 2022 to April 2023 with a time commitment of 1-2 hours per week

The responsibilities of the Treasurer will include, but are not limited to:

  • Keeping track of all financial transactions from the events
  • Ensuring that all payments are paid/received
  • Submitting reimbursement forms
  • Organizing budget
  • Attending Supper Series events
